HOW TO DO IT

Cab180 In →50-50

A switch frontside half-turn enters main-stance aligned support. The original teaching is on a training board/Balance Bar.

Preparation and setting

Switch travel, Half Cab and stable target-position rehearsal.

Execution / application sequence

  1. Identify the target position in board-off rehearsal.
  2. Approach in the source's switch orientation.
  3. Guide the shoulder-led half-turn.
  4. Receive main-stance50-50 aligned with the bar.
  5. Contain further rotation.
  6. Use the previously practiced exit..

Learning and practice

Rehearse against an imaginary bar before supported practice. The full moving-feature take-off and landing must be reviewed separately.

Errors, limits and corrections

Losing target familiarity: return to stationary visualization. Continuing through the slide: shorten shoulder lead. Automatic snow transfer: keep training context.

Observable checks

Switch entry and main-stance reception are clear in the training task.
