Trick

Extreme Beef

Rear hand passes between the legs to the heel edge ahead of the front foot.

HOW TO DO IT

Swiss Cheese / Extreme Beef — Source Page

Rear hand passes between the legs to heel edge ahead of the front foot. Tim Eddy's page adds frontside-quarter shifty and rear-leg extension. Heading Extreme Beef conflicts with Swiss Cheese URL/subtitle.

Preparation and setting

Use comfortable stationary positioning or the appropriate supervised training-board context first. For any snow application, an independently controlled take-off, flight and landing must already exist; this card does not prescribe a new jump size or trajectory.

Execution / application sequence

  1. Establish the selected contact in comfortable positioning before changing airborne demand.
  2. Locate the ahead-of-front-foot heel zone.
  3. Rehearse the rear-hand through-leg route.
  4. Add only a modest separate shifty and rear-leg lengthening.
  5. Return to alignment and release..
  6. For a technically reviewed snow application, preserve the established take-off, take the hold only after departure, then release and recover board alignment before contact.

Learning and practice

Learn contact, route and modest styling as separate tasks. Rehearse the return as deliberately as the hold. Add a short contact to a familiar controlled air only after the specific version has been technically reviewed; shorten or omit the hold if landing organization becomes rushed.

Errors, limits and corrections

Between-bindings contact loses the location distinction. Page mismatch is not proof of universal aliases; preserve both metadata labels.

Observable checks

The intended hand, contact zone and route are distinguishable; styling is modest and recoverable; the hold is deliberately released before landing.

Definition conflicts

  • Naming ambiguity (S10): the page title says Extreme Beef while its URL and subtitle say Swiss Cheese. Kept separate from Swiss Cheese Air pending naming review.

editorial review notes

Naming or placement differs between sources. Preserve source-specific wording; do not silently merge competing definitions. Page title says Extreme Beef; URL says Swiss Cheese. Do not treat Swiss Cheese as a confirmed alias until independently checked.
