Trick

Frontside 180 In → Switch Tail Butter → Switch Backside 360 Out

A frontside half-turn into a switch tail butter followed by a switch backside full-turn exit.

HOW TO DO IT

Frontside 180 In → Switch Tail Butter → Switch Backside 360 Out

Frontside 180 entry, switch trailing support, Switch Backside 360 exit; final stance: switch.

Preparation and setting

Controlled R31 and independent Switch Backside 360; gentle snow with clear space.

How to do it

  1. Begin with the heel-side Frontside 180 setup.
  2. Pop into switch trailing support.
  3. Use a modest toe-side preparation while preserving the supported phase.
  4. Pop Switch Backside 360 out.
  5. Align and stabilise the switch ride-away.

How to learn it

Use the independent exit and shorter combination first; apply the intermediate exercise described in R32.

Errors and corrections

Editorial checks: entry uncontrolled—return to R31; insufficient exit—practise the independent switch spin; unsupported landing—reduce the combined task rather than adding speed.

Checks and cues

Both direction names and final stance must match the attempt. Cue: entry direction, switch support, exit direction.

Existing entry

Batch 02 / 08.

Evidence note

The source has inconsistent direction and landing-edge wording. Landing-edge interpretation needs technical review.
