Trick

Nose Press → Frontside 180 Out — Feature

A nose-supported press on a feature followed by a frontside half-turn exit.

HOW TO DO IT

Nose Press → Frontside180 Out

Nose-supported feature hold releases into FS180. The four-variant original lesson demonstrates training-board counterrotation and pop.

Preparation and setting

Stable nose support and established release on the source training setup.

Execution / application sequence

  1. Establish nose press.
  2. Prepare upper/lower opposition without losing support.
  3. Release with a modest pop.
  4. Guide the frontside half-turn after clearance.
  5. Receive switch alignment.
  6. Recover a neutral stance..

Learning and practice

Practice press release without rotation, then one modest exit version. Rail-specific reception is a separate review task.

Errors, limits and corrections

Long press consumes release: shorten hold. Twisting against support: separate pop and turn. Losing nose pressure during preparation: reduce winding.

Observable checks

Support, release and rotation can be distinguished in rehearsal.
