Noseslide — Feature
GLOSSARY
On a rail or box, the rider enters as for a frontside boardslide but slides on the nose end, with the board across the feature and the tail lifted.
Context and distinction
Noseslide on a feature is different from Noseslide on snow. Tailslides support on the other end.

Frontside Noseslide — Training Version
Frontside boardslide-style entry with support near the front foot/nose, transverse to the feature.
Preparation and setting
Centred transverse training support and stable front-foot loading.
Execution / application sequence
- Rehearse centred support.
- Move the board beneath quiet body support toward the nose zone.
- Keep the base appropriate to the bar.
- Return to centre deliberately.
- Add the documented nose-crossing frontside entry only after support is stable.
- Use a simple established exit..
Learning and practice
Separate support shift from entry. Moving-rail geometry requires its own clearance review.
Errors, limits and corrections
Body moves beyond support instead of board repositioning: reduce shift. Lengthwise stance: distinguish nose press from transverse noseslide.
Observable checks
Source support zone and transverse orientation are identifiable.
