Trick
Ollie into Nose Press
A preparation sequence: load the tail, pop and tuck the knees, then land in nose support.
HOW TO DO IT
Ollie into Nose Press — Preparation
Tail release receives nose support; source uses a small nollie as a later exit exercise.
Preparation and setting
Controlled ollie and nose press separately.
Execution / application sequence
- Load tail without sitting excessively behind.
- Release upward.
- Draw the board under the body.
- Receive modest nose support with flex.
- Hold briefly.
- Return to centre or use the reviewed nollie release..
Learning and practice
Learn reception before increasing height. Keep preparation distinct from a rail-specific entry.
Errors, limits and corrections
Forward collapse: reduce transfer and bring hips over support. Contact without loading: restore press balance.
Observable checks
Ollie departure and deliberate nose reception are visible.
