Method

Take-off modes: terrain lift; two-foot pop; ollie; nollie; switch variants

Switch control includes intentional starts, linked travel and stopping, not just landing with the opposite end leading. Lift boarding and unloading are equipment- and resort-specific. One-foot board control is preparation, not a complete procedure for every lift. Approach, departure, flight and landing are one trajectory. Ollie, two-leg pop and nollie create different departures; straight air and spin should retain that distinction.

HOW TO DO IT

Take-off modes: terrain lift; two-foot pop; ollie; nollie; switch variants

One-foot board control is preparation, not a complete procedure for every lift. Approach, departure, flight and landing are one trajectory. Preparation and setting

Use the setting and competence boundary below. This is a page-level learning/application text; use the exact linked movement for reproduction instructions.

Execution / application sequence

  1. Use clear gentle terrain.
  2. Establish a short switch glide.
  3. Practise a controlled finish on both edges.
  4. Link turns only while stopping remains deliberate.
  5. Read signs and ask staff for the local procedure.
  6. Practise one-foot glide and stop on flat terrain.
  7. Follow loading and unloading instructions.
  8. Move clear of the exit before resetting equipment.
  9. Inspect geometry and landing before entry.
  10. Establish repeatable straight-air control on the selected feature.
  11. Use the linked exact departure lesson.
  12. Complete lift before seeking a hold or extra styling.
  13. Recover alignment before contact.
  14. Absorb and ride clear.

Learning and practice

Use R01–R12, J540F/J540B and SPIN. Add one airborne demand only after trajectory and ride-away remain repeatable.

Errors, limits and corrections

A ground180 does not prove park180 readiness; copying speed or pop timing from another feature is unsupported.

Observable checks

The page-specific task, conditions, known components and missing procedure can be explained. Successful application is checked in the actual task, not inferred from reading.
