Project Carving 180 chapter 16 — The complete picture

Over the past two weeks, I've shared the ideas that shaped this project.
Not because I wanted to explain a training program.
But because I wanted to explain the thinking behind it.
Everything starts with one simple question:
What does carving actually demand from the body?
Once we understand the movement, everything else follows.
We analyze the movement.
↓
We understand its demands.
↓
We develop the physical qualities those demands require.
↓
We build the athlete.
↓
Then we organize movement.
↓
Only then do we step onto the snow.
Because riding isn't just about strength.
It's about using physical capacity in the right movement, at the right moment.
That's why the system has two main parts.
CARVING 180
Build the Athlete.
Develop the physical qualities that carving demands.
X60
Organize Movement.
First, we build the common movement foundation with X60 BASE.
Then, after analyzing the rider's technique, style, limitations and goals, we build X60 CUSTOM.
Because the foundation can be shared.
The final layer has to belong to the rider.
And then...
Snow does what only snow can do.
It builds experience.
It refines technique.
It builds the rider.
The goal was never to replace riding.
The goal was to make every hour on snow more productive.
To arrive better prepared.
Learn more efficiently.
And progress faster.
Because every hour spent preparing the body should create more value once the snowboard touches the snow.
That's the complete picture.

PROGRESS
For me, training has never been about simply lifting heavier.
It's about creating better conditions for the body to learn.
Because better learning leads to better movement.
And better movement leads to better riding.
Better learning → Better movement → Better riding
