HOW TO DO IT

Carved Pairs with an Organising Interval

Develop clean connections while preserving each known arc and final stop.

Preparation and setting

Heel/toe isolated arcs reliable; familiar linked skidded riding; suitable short corridor.

Exercise sequence

  1. Plan pair and final exit.
  2. Complete first arc with controlled movement retained.
  3. Use brief organising interval to restore support/view.
  4. Release old engagement progressively and develop next edge.
  5. Complete second arc and exit.
  6. Assess arcs and connection separately.
  7. Shorten organising interval only while outcomes remain reliable.

Transfer

Add another pair before a long descent; then compare transition strategies.

Errors addressed

Abrupt connecting tail swing; Unsupported dive; Old posture held; Cumulative acceleration.

Success check

Pair stays in corridor with stable demand, repeatable support and intentional finish.

Simplify when needed

Restore longer organising interval or repair CD07/CD08 individually.
