Term

Front foot

The foot described as front under a stated reference convention: either the rider’s usual front binding or the foot leading in the current travel direction.

GLOSSARY · Orientation & naming

In forward riding those references usually coincide. In switch they may refer to different feet. For an instruction involving physical board geometry, name the binding or board end explicitly.

Context and distinction

Leading foot always follows current travel in this Bible; front foot needs its convention stated.
