Term
Goofy
Right-foot-forward stance in the rider's usual direction.
Aliases
goofy stanceen · Expanded formGLOSSARY · Orientation & naming
A goofy rider naturally rides with the right foot nearer the nose. Everything a regular rider does is mirrored: the same trick uses the same anatomical roles (front hand, toe edge, frontside rotation) on the opposite physical side.
Context and distinction
Goofy is a natural stance, not a variant of a trick. Diagrams should describe front and rear roles rather than left and right, so they read correctly for both stances.
