HOW TO DO IT

Modest Inclination and Joint-Based Tilt Comparison

Learn when inside movement supports the arc and when it exceeds available support.

Preparation and setting

Clean short arcs at familiar controlled demand; stationary contrast first; no contact objective.

Exercise sequence

  1. Rehearse modest whole-body inside movement and separate joint-based tilt while stationary.
  2. Ride baseline arc.
  3. Repeat with smaller progressive inside movement.
  4. Retain available joints for tilt adjustments.
  5. Release old arrangement for transition.
  6. Compare track/support and note whether change helped.

Transfer

Apply with timing, not as a permanent body-angle rule; combine with edge-specific refinement.

Errors addressed

Early inward fall; Lean increased despite grip loss; Waist shape mistaken for useful angulation; Trapped old posture.

Success check

Rider can use less unnecessary inside displacement while retaining a controlled edged path and release.

Simplify when needed

Return to stationary CD02 and simpler traverse if inside movement overwhelms low-speed support.
