A capability required for a stated task; use only when the relationship has been reviewed.
GLOSSARY · Learning, analysis & assessment
A prerequisite is something a rider must be able to do before a task is safe or realistic — for example controlling speed on the toe edge before learning toe-side carving. The Bible only marks prerequisites after review.
Context and distinction
A prerequisite is required; a recommended preparation is helpful but optional. A related term is not automatically a prerequisite.
