Rotation
Turning about an axis; specify whether describing the body, board or entire airborne system.

Rotation can describe turning the shoulders and hips to steer the board, the whole body spinning in a trick, or the board alone pivoting. Snowboard descriptions should say what is rotating and around which axis.
Context and distinction
Rotation is not counterrotation, where the upper and lower body twist in opposite directions. A spin's rotation amount (180, 360…) is described separately.
