HOW TO DO IT
Toe Arc: Supported Feet and Hands-Clear Test
Identify waist collapse, tiptoe and reach-induced support loss.
Preparation and setting
Clean short toe tasks and known exit; no intentional contact; suitable familiar patch.
Exercise sequence
- Observe baseline.
- Stationary, compare supported boot contact with tiptoe/torso-only fold, then restore support.
- Ride short hands-clear traverse.
- Repeat J-carve with coordinated lower-joint/pelvis action and available range.
- Compare first brushing phase.
- Transfer useful change to a pair.
Transfer
Use before any separate high-angle/contact progression; hands-clear performance establishes the foundation.
Errors addressed
Waist fold; Tiptoe; Premature end-range crouch; Grip loss when reaching.
Success check
Clean useful segment improves while viewing and exit remain deliberate.
Simplify when needed
Return to CD02/CD05 and remove linked demand if posture remains unsupported.
