HOW TO DO IT

Two-Contact Pair with a Planned Endpoint

Link individually mastered laid tasks while protecting final recovery.

Preparation and setting

Both individual contact turns and both ED15 bridge orders functional; appropriate full corridor, current clearance and direct observation.

Exercise sequence

  1. Ride a standing pair on the selected line to verify corridor and ordinary fallback.
  2. Make the first demonstrated contact arc, recover with reserve and select the opposite edge.
  3. Establish the next working response before growing its lowering and contact.
  4. Recover from the second arc and stop at the planned endpoint; do not keep adding turns automatically.
  5. Repeat from the other starting edge. Add a third arc only if the final recovery remains as deliberate as the first.

Transfer

Use ECRC-18 to log first failed phase and choose the next component. Longer runs and changed terrain require separate reassessment.

Errors addressed

Thrown second laydown; Pair stalls from excessive drag; Accumulating fatigue/timing error.

Observable success

Both orders retain support, optional contact, functional transitions and a deliberate final exit.

Regression

Return to ED15 bridges and shorten contact duration. Reduced linking demand is preferable to an unplanned faster entry.
