For a long time, I believed the answer was already out there.

I searched for an off-snow training system that truly prepared the body for advanced carving.

I found great strength programs.

I found mobility routines.

I found conditioning plans.

I found balance exercises.

Each of them solved part of the puzzle.

But none of them brought all the pieces together.

Not because they were wrong.

Because they were built for a different purpose.

The more I studied carving, the more I realized that I wasn't looking for another workout.

I was looking for a system that prepared the body for the physical demands of carving.

Not one physical quality.

All of them.

Strength.

Mobility.

Stability.

Reaction.

Power.

Control.

Working together.

I wasn't trying to recreate carving in the gym.

I was trying to prepare the body to learn carving more efficiently on the snow.

That became the turning point.

Instead of continuing to search...

I started building.

First for myself.

Testing.

Changing.

Removing what didn't work.

Keeping what did.

Session after session.

Week after week.

Because I wasn't looking for the perfect workout.

I was trying to build the system I wished I had when I started this journey.

And that's how CARVING 180 began.
