Once I understood what the body needed to do, the next question became obvious.

How do we train all of those physical qualities without turning training into chaos?

The answer wasn't to add more exercises.

It was to create a structure.

Because every training session should have a purpose.

Not just every exercise.

Every block.

Every minute.

Every transition.

That's how CARVING 180 was built.

Not as a collection of workouts.

But as a sequence of physical qualities.

Each block prepares the body for the next one.

We don't jump straight into heavy lifting.

We prepare the joints.

Then the nervous system.

Then we develop force.

Then we develop the physical qualities that allow the body to absorb force efficiently.

Then we develop the physical qualities that allow the body to transfer force efficiently through the entire kinetic chain.

Every block builds on the previous one.

That's why changing the order changes the outcome.

The goal isn't simply to finish the workout.

The goal is to prepare the body to perform better on the snow.

Because movement isn't random.

Training shouldn't be either.
