If CARVING 180 builds the athlete...

something still has to prepare that athlete to learn.

Because muscles don't make decisions.

The nervous system does.

The body needs to learn:

When to move.

Where to move.

How much pressure to create.

When to release it.

And how to repeat movement consistently.

That's not strength training.

It's movement preparation.

After every strength session, I spend another hour developing the qualities that the gym alone can't build through strength training.

Not because the body is tired.

But because that's when it's ready to learn.

This second session isn't about lifting.

It's about preparation.

Preparing the body to organize movement.

Preparing the nervous system to become more efficient.

Preparing the body to learn more effectively once it's back on snow.

That's why I call it X60.

Not another workout.

Not conditioning.

Not cardio.

A movement session.

Because riding doesn't happen in the muscles.

It begins in the brain.

The muscles simply execute the plan.

That's why X60 focuses on the qualities that help transform physical capacity into better movement on snow.

Position.

Pressure.

Timing.

Sequence.

Reaction.

Automation.

Because the goal isn't just to build a stronger athlete.

It's to prepare the body to become a better rider.

X60

Prepare the Body.

Build the Rider.
